Horizons.

On the list of things I'm liking these days is the song North Dakota by Toronto based band The Wooden Sky. The lead singer is originally from Winnipeg. I got to see them play a small show at Into the Music when they were in town. Missed out on the larger show with Rural Alberta Advantage which was disappointing but thats what happens when you wait to buy tickets.

Also I saw a small surprise show by Pete Samples last week at the Lo Pub. Originally from Winnipeg but now Montreal, Pete, or whatever his real name is, puts on a good show. This one man band keeps up intense energy and keeps his audience interactive by playing a ukulele in the crowd. Bobby Raindrop is a pretty sweet song, my fav for sure.

Other things I'm a fan of as of recent...
This song, by An Horse, makes me happy. Actually their entire CD, Rearranged Beds is great. I saw them a little awhile ago when they opened for Ohbijou at LoPub and then again this Jan they opened for Tegan and Sara.

I'm also enjoy procrastination, my niece Harper, and summers fast approach.

And this, this is my inspiration.
